THE VIRGIN ISLANDS
American Paradise
Known as “American Paradise,” the Virgin Islands – St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John and Water Island – is an archipelago in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean. The islands boast rich histories and culture, warm residential communities and stunning natural beauty with rolling hills that cascade into the sugar fine sand beaches and turquoise waters of the
Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Yet, each island has its own distinct personality and allure.

St. Thomas
St. Thomas is known for its stunning vistas, beaches, fine dining, vibrant shopping and business districts,
nightlife and the hustle and bustle of island living. The most populated of the four islands, St. Thomas is home to
one of the longest beaches, Magens Bay, and most well-sheltered harbours in the Caribbean, Charlotte Amalie.
The capital of the Virgin Islands, Charlotte Amalie, retains its historic Danish era architecture including
Fort Christian, the 99-steps, second-oldest Synagogue in the Western Hemisphere,
and the childhood neighborhood of the impressionist painter, Camille Pissarro.

The most populated of the four main islands, St. Thomas, offers luxury hotels, villas, condominiums and homes
of every size, throughout the island. Its airport and many seaports provide access for residents and visitors
to nearby St. Croix, St. John, Lovango Cay, Water Island and the British Virgin islands,
by plane, seaplane, ferry, and private or rental boats.

St. John
St. John is home to the Virgin Islands National Park that protects over half of the island.
It boasts uninhabited beaches, historic sugar mills, hiking trails, reef preserves and sailing and diving destinations.
St. John’s main town, Cruz Bay, is home to boutiques, restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores and ferry docks
that provide transportation between St. Thomas, St. John, Lovango Cay and the British Virgin Islands.

The second smallest of the four islands, most of the homes and resorts for residents and visitors, are located
in and around Cruz Bay and the east end's Coral Bay.

St. Croix
St. Croix's 84 square miles offer a wide array of beautiful beaches, dive locations, historic sites,
restaurants, resorts and farms. The two main towns, Christiansted and Frederiksted,
retain their historic charm while offering vibrant shopping and dining experiences.

The largest of the four islands, homes, villas and farms are located throughout
and many of the island's resorts and condominiums are found on the north shore.

Water Island
This gem of an island sits peacefully outside the Charlotte Amalie harbor, with homes dotted around its under 500 acres. Pastimes include hiking, exploring the remains of military fortifications, swimming, kayaking, boating,
watching outdoor movies and enjoying the beach, live music and sandy restaurant on Honeymoon Bay.

The smallest of the islands, homes and villas are dotted around the island
and ferry service is provided to and from Crown Bay Marina, in St. Thomas.

The British Virgin Islands (BVI)
Close by to the east, is the breathtaking, approximately 60-island archipelago of the British Virgin Islands,
including Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, Virgin Gorda and Anegada.

Homes, villas, hotels, resorts, marinas, shopping, casual beach bars, restaurants and fine dining
are nestled around the islands, that are accessible by plane as well as ferry, helicopter
and private or rental boats, from St. Thomas, St. John, and Tortola.

...and if you enjoy the beach, swimming, paddle boarding, and boating,
the U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands are considered to be one of the world's most inviting destinations.
